To work as a nurse, you must obtain a license from one of the UAE health authorities:
DHA (Dubai Health Authority) for Dubai
DOH (HAAD) for Abu Dhabi
MOH for Northern Emirates
General requirements include:
Recognized nursing degree or diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience
Good Standing Certificate
Dataflow verification of credentials
Passing the Prometric exam (depending on authority)
Create an account on the relevant authority portal (DHA, DOH, MOH).
Submit documents for Dataflow verification.
Schedule and pass the Prometric exam.
Receive your eligibility letter and final license.
Registered Nurses (RNs): AED 6,000 – 12,000/month
Specialized Nurses: AED 12,000 – 18,000/month
Senior/Head Nurses: AED 15,000 – 22,000/month
